MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in horticulture
- Relevant horticulture qualification
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong computer literacy and planning skills
- Good irrigation knowledge
- Practical, hands-on approach to work
- Sustainability-focused mindset
- Reside in Stellenbosch, Helderberg, Northern Suburbs area
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO - Actively participate in propagation activities while supervising the team
- Oversee daily propagation operations and workflows
- Maintain and enforce quality standards
- Plan and monitor production schedules
- Manage and monitor propagation-related irrigation systems
- Train, guide and support propagation staff
- Apply efficient, sustainable propagation practices
