Degree in Property Studies, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
Experience in property analysis, acquisitions, development, or commercial real estate
Strong financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills
Experience conducting property due diligence
Knowledge of property valuations, rental markets, and investment principles
Strong market research and analytical skills
Experience preparing investment proposals and presentations
Ability to liaise with agents, brokers, developers, and financial institutions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
