We are seeking a suitably qualified QC Supervisor to join our team in MalmesburyR10,500 CTC per month
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 (essential)
- Diploma in Food Technology or related qualification (advantageous)
- 1–3 years' experience within the meat or food manufacturing industry
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, verification, and quality focus
- Reliable transport and the ability to commute to the workplace
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the QC team, including scheduling and daily activities.
- Monitor product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
- Conduct plant inspections, internal audits, pre-operational inspections, and verification checks.
- Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
- Compile quality reports, KPI feedback, and investigation reports.
- Assist with technical trials, product development projects, and staff training.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, PPE, SHEQ, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
- Provide support to the Quality Technologist and Quality Manager as required.
- Be available to work weekends and public holidays when operationally required.
