Receptionist - Centurion

Description:

• Answer and manage the main switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
• Welcome and assist clients collecting orders.
• Assist with the movement and collection of equipment and client orders when required.
• Book courier collections and deliveries for client orders.
• Maintain office supplies by monitoring stock levels and requesting replenishment when required.
• Monitor and replenish kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain employee sign-in and sign-out registers.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including scanning, filing, photocopying, and distributing mail.
• Assist management with various administrative duties as required.
• Ensure the reception area and office environment remain organised and professional.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of office administration procedures and systems.
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
• Physically fit and able to assist with lifting and moving equipment and client orders when required.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle are essential.
• Candidates residing in Centurion will have a distinct advantage.
