FOH / Receptionist | Private Game Reserve | Eastern Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an experienced Lodge Anchor to join a luxury private game reserve in the Eastern Cape. We are seeking a hands-on, guest-focused hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic lodge environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and host guests throughout their stay
  
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest communication
  
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams to ensure seamless operations
  
• Assist with reservations, administration, and daily reports
  
• Support food and beverage service when required
  
• Handle guest requests and special arrangements with professionalism
  
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service across all guest areas
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
  
• Strong guest relations and hosting skills
  
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
  
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  
• Positive, hands-on approach and willingness to assist across departments
  
• Valid driver's licence advantageous
