Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Property Studies, or a related field
- 5–7 years' experience in property finance, asset management, or commercial analysis
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility analysis skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Experience within retail, commercial, mixed-use, or student property portfolios advantageous
- Knowledge of the Gauteng property market beneficial
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel within the Greater Gauteng region as required
