Previous retail branch management and sales experience
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing business
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience with stock control, merchandising, and branch operations
Computer literate
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on management style
Own reliable transport
Must reside within close proximity to Boksburg
Willing to work retail hours, including Saturday mornings
