Requirements:

✔ B.Com Degree
✔ 3–5 years of relevant finance experience
✔ Experience in a costing-focused environment
✔ Strong understanding of BOMs (Bills of Materials) and WIPs (Work in Progress) – essential
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ FMCG industry experience highly advantageous
✔ Exposure to internal controls will be beneficial
