Sales Intern

The Sales Intern will support the sales and marketing team in promoting products and services, identifying potential customers, generating leads and assisting with customer relationship management. The successful candidate should be energetic, confident, willing to learn and comfortable working in a target-driven environment across the Copperbelt.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and contact potential customers.
• Conduct market research and support field sales across Copperbelt towns.
• Support product presentations, follow-up calls and lead conversion.
• Maintain customer and sales activity records.
• Assist with quotations, reports, exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
• Build positive customer relationships and work toward sales targets.

Requirements
• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• 3–6 months of sales, internship, attachment or field-sales experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Copperbelt.
