Requirements
– Proven minimum of three years experience in Sales and Marketing Management with a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
– Strong leadership and coaching skills.
– Ability to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Experience in electronics, home appliances, or furniture retail is an advantage.
– Computer literacy and report-writing skills.
