Requirements:
- Proven experience in counter sales, ideally within the construction machinery or equipment industry
- Solid knowledge of construction machinery
- Sales-related qualification advantageous
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and confident, client-facing presentation
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems, email)
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers promptly and professionally at the sales counter
- Participate in periodic stock counts
- Help maintain a clean, professional, and well-presented branch environment
- Support delivery operations as required
- Contribute to the branch's long-term growth
- Ensure compliance with all relevant EH&S / SHEQ requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service and support client retention
- Think on your feet and problem-solve independently when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
