Sales Representative

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to drive sales, expand the customer base, and build lasting relationships with clients.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's range of mannequins and retail display solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
• Promote and sell the company's mannequins, display fixtures, and retail display solutions to fashion retailers, boutiques, supermarkets, shopping malls, and other target customers.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices where applicable, and close sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the fashion, retail, furniture, interior décor, or related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic sales reporting.
