Our client, operating within the debt review and financial services industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join their growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for a driven sales leader with a proven background in the debt review industry who thrives on coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.

Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should have:- Matric, with a qualification in Sales, Business Management, or Financial Services being advantageous
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sales Team Leader role within the debt review industry (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of the debt review process, NCR regulations, and sales best practices
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales consultants
- Excellent leadership, communication, and performance management skills with a target-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Monitor sales performance, conduct coaching sessions, and implement strategies to improve individual and team results
- Ensure all sales activities comply with debt review regulations, company policies, and quality standards
- Analyse sales reports, identify performance trends, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, recruitment support, and ongoing team development
