This role supports a Salesforce platform that plays a key role in day‑to‑day business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the system is secure, well‑configured, and aligned to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and support the Salesforce platform
Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
Configure automation using Flows and support legacy automation tools
Maintain data quality through validation rules and data management processes
Provide end‑user support, training, and troubleshooting
Assist with releases, change sets, and deployment activities
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model
Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, record types)
Salesforce Flows (essential)
Reports and dashboards
Data Loader and data management tools
Change sets and deployment processes
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and access control
