Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guards to protect our company premises, assets, personnel, and visitors. In this role, you will maintain a safe and secure environment by actively patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance systems, and controlling building access points. The ideal candidate has strong observational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations.

Core Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for unusual activity.
• Control access points by checking identification and issuing visitor badges.
• Investigate disturbances and handle security breaches according to legal protocols.
• Write daily reports detailing observations, tracking visitors, and documenting incidents.
• Evict violators and trespassers safely while contacting law enforcement when necessary.
• Operate screening equipment like metal detectors and X-ray machines if required.
• Respond to emergencies by providing first aid or executing evacuation procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school certificate or equivalent certificate
• Clean background check and drug screening clearance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended shifts.
• Strong communication skills for writing clear reports and interacting with patrons.
• Sound judgment to de-escalate high-pressure situations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.
• First Aid / CPR certifications.
• Tech proficiency with advanced digital surveillance and radio equipment
