Reports to: Finance Manager
The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations across all business units, ensuring consolidated reporting, compliance, and strategic financial control at the head office level.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidated Financial Oversight
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for all business units.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and company policies.
- Coordinate external audits across units.
- Control & Compliance
- Implement and monitor internal controls across subsidiaries.
- Ensure tax and statutory compliance for all units.
- Strategic Financial Management
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Align financial strategy with organizational goals.
- Supervision & Support
- Guide accountants in each business unit.
- Review reconciliations, postings, and payroll submissions.
- Ensure timely reporting to management.
