SENIOR DEV OPS ENGINEERNORTHERN SUBURBSSALARY R57 000 CTC + BENEFITS Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
Valid Code B driver’s license with own transport.
4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux Server, Windows Server, and Networking.
3 - 5 years of experience in software development and scripting
1 - 2 years of experience in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Docker, and infrastructure automation
Proficiency in scripting and development: NodeJS, Perl, Bash, Python, PHP
Version control and collaboration: Git, Jira
Configuration management and deployment: Ansible, Terraform
Strong networking knowledge: Cisco (CCNA), Mikrotik, Networking+
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and API development (REST, JSON, XML, YAML)
 
Desirable:
Certifications in Linux (RHCE), Windows (MCSE), Security+, or Vmware           
Experience in front-end technologies: VueJS, HTML, CSS
Knowledge of open-source technologies and container orchestration
