We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a global technology consultancy, helping migrate legacy systems into modern, scalable architectures while working alongside international teams and UK-based clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing backend solutions using C#/.NET and Java
Modernising legacy applications and driving digital transformation
Working with AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineering teams
Mentoring developers and championing best practices
What You'll Need
5+ years of backend development experience
Strong C#/.NET and Java skills
Solid SQL and database experience
Cloud exposure (AWS and/or Azure)
Experience with CI/CD and modern development practices
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Consulting or client-facing experience is a bonus
