Job Description

• Manage corporate medical aid schemes and client portfolios on a daily basis.
• Process monthly membership additions, changes, and terminations accurately.
• Help members investigate and resolve complex claims and billing queries.
• Keep all client records updated on the internal administrative system.
• Build and maintain good relationships with major South African medical schemes.
• Organize and conduct regular wellness days and plan presentations for clients.
• Prepare helpful monthly service and utilization reports for the management team.
• Work closely with regulatory frameworks to ensure full operational compliance.

• Appropriate regulatory qualifications required for the South African healthcare sector.
• A valid Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5) certificate and full FAIS credits.
• At least five years of experience in medical aid administration.
• Good knowledge of South African medical schemes and gap cover products.
• Strong communication skills to assist corporate clients and team members.
• A positive, helpful attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
