Senior IT Project Coordinator - (CONTRACT)

Role Purpose

A delivery-focused Senior IT Project Coordinator working under the guidance of the Project Manager to support project delivery, coordination, and execution across all project activities.

Key Capabilities & Experience

Delivery & Coordination

• Strong delivery orientation with a proven ability to drive execution against agreed timelines
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple teams, vendors, and workstreams
• Ability to manage interdependencies, track progress, and escalate risks/issues proactively

Stakeholder Management

• Proven experience engaging and managing both internal and external stakeholders
• Confident communicator capable of facilitating discussions, resolving blockers, and aligning parties
• Ability to operate across business and technical stakeholders

Planning & Tooling

• Strong practical experience in MS Project (essential, 3+ years) and Microsoft MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Skilled in maintaining integrated plans, tracking milestones, and managing critical paths
• Comfortable working with project reporting, dashboards, and status tracking

Technical Acumen

• Ability to quickly understand different technical environments and architectures on a high-level
• Capable of engaging with technical teams and translating impacts into delivery plans
• Not required to be a specialist, but must be technically aware and adaptable

Project Support & Governance

• Willing and able to support project administration and governance activities
• Ensures adherence to project delivery frameworks and governance standards

Ways of Work

• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving project landscapes
