Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Architect and implement complex API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce and external platforms
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Drive best practices in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and system design
• Ensure high standards of code quality through reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation
• Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support continuous system improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally at a senior level
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
• Strong background in Java and object-oriented programming principles
• Proven experience with complex system integrations and API development
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and automation tools
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership abilities

Advantageous:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Architect track preferred)
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments with delivery ownership responsibilities
