Service Advisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Course in a mechanical/technical field will be advantageous
• Previous experience in a motor vehicle/ motorcycle technical service or workshop environment
• Knowledge of SAP or similar financial systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good at building and maintaining client relationships
• Team player
• Presentable
• Numerical and administrative skills
• Organising and planning skills
• Brand ambassador

• Process job cards
• Prepare service documentation
• Present service documentation to client
• Liaise and provide feedback during service and provide updates on progress/status of service
• Provide support to Management and Technicians on parts ordering, parts availability, job card enquiries, general administrative support
• Render general Workshop assistance
• Perform SAP system entries
• Handle warranty claim enquiries and awareness
• Keep updated on parts stock
