Grade 12 (Matric).
National Diploma or Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health, Risk Management, Quality Management or related field.
SAMTRAC qualification (essential).
ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation and auditing experience.
Minimum 5-7 years' SHERQ management experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution, retail or industrial environments.
Sound knowledge of South African OHS legislation and ISO standards.
Experience managing contractor compliance and multi-site operations.
Strong leadership, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
Valid driver's licence.
