What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the short-term insurance portfolio, including cold calling and client consultations

• Act as the key liaison between members and insurance providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery

• Oversee claims processes to guarantee fair dealing and enhance member satisfaction

• Manage administrative procedures from policy inception through to claims processing

• Drive targets with a client-centered approach and a passion for achieving results

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services sector, specifically in short-term insurance sales

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals

• Strong communication, active listening, and customer relation skills

• Demonstrable business development and client management capabilities

• Accept responsibility and maintain accuracy in all dealings
