Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure that the correct headcount is maintained on the respective site, according to the specified site requirements
Screen candidates according to Company requirements
Select candidates for placement and/or overtime in a legal and ethical manner
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and in doing so increase, if possible, the headcount on the allocated site
Ensure that the correct paperwork is signed and maintained for all assignees
Ensure that assignee files are kept up to date and that assignees are using the payslip app
Ensure that all requirements as stipulated by the Company are adhered to when submitting timesheets and supporting documents for payments
Manage the issuing and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Manage end of contracts and injuries on duty

Matric
Minimum of 2-year supervisory experience in site management
TES experience (advantageous)
Basic knowledge of Human Resource (HR), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA)
Good numeracy skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Driver’s license with own reliable vehicle (advantageous)
