Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering. Must have 5–10 years of proven Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience, with a minimum of three 3 years' experience in the Solar Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) or Renewable Energy sector. Must have proven experience managing and scaling sales teams, setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Relevant industry certifications demonstrating commitment to the renewable energy sector will be advantageous. Membership or affiliation with recognised industry bodies, such as the South African Photovoltaic Industry Association (SAPVIA), will be advantageous. Must have completed recognised Photovoltaic (PV) system sizing and sales training courses. Must have formal training in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling, or an equivalent sales framework, with the ability to apply these methodologies in long-cycle Business-to-Business (B2B) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sales environments.
