Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all stock control procedures, receiving deliveries, monitoring stock movement, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate stock records at all times. The ideal candidate must be organised, able to work under pressure, and preferably have hospitality or restaurant industry experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming stock and deliveriesEnsure quantities, quality, and pricing match invoices and purchase ordersCapture stock accurately on the systemConduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock countsMonitor stock variances, damages, shortages, and wastageEnsure proper stock rotation procedures are followedMaintain accurate stock records and filing systemsIssue stock to relevant departments as requiredEnsure all receiving and storage areas remain clean, neat, and organisedAssist with wastage control and stock management processesWork closely with management and operational departmentsReport discrepancies and stock-related issues immediatelyEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements:- Minimum 3 years’ experience in stock control and receiving
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience advantageous
- Experience working on MarketMan will be highly beneficial
