Systems Support Consultant

Requirements:

•  
• A+ and N+ - can have A+ and be busy with their N+.
• Time and attendance background is a definite nice to have.
• Payroll experience/background is also a nice to have.
• Some pre-sales experience.
• Systems support experience.
• Client support experience.
• Client training.
• Need to be an extrovert as client and team engaging is important for this role.
• Be well presented and able to converse well, this will come in to play when they do training etc.

• Selling solutions – Hardware and software.
• Client visits obtaining the relevant information required – Get rosters, shifts, employee details.
• Hardware technician goes to install, thereafter sales go to do client training.
• On-site installation and setup.
• On going support for the clients.
• User training and onboarding (Online or On-site).
• Ongoing maintenance and support.
• Remote assistance and call centre support.
