Qualifications and Skills

Responsibilities:

Actively monitor and detect threats to sites within two (2) minutes of their occurrence via the various detection methods
Accurate logging and verification of all detected incidents
Dispatching of Security personnel as well as coordination with relevant response units during active incidents.
Acknowledgement of the alarms.
Monitor, record, and report all roadside and TMC equipment malfunctions.
Accurate and timeous completion of all administrative functions related to KPIs
