Tactical Marketing Planner

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tactical marketing plans for products, services, or specialty areas
• Manage and implement brand strategies in line with established guidelines
• Analyse and report on brand performance and marketing effectiveness
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Support product development initiatives by analysing customer needs and market requirements
• Collaborate with dealers to develop annual tactical plans
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets aligned with business priorities
• Coordinate events, campaigns, content creation, and go-to-market activities
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to strengthen relationships and maximise value
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive additional business

• 4–7 years’ experience in a similar role
• At least 3 years’ relevant industry experience (Manufacturing/ Mining/ Construction or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Strong organisational awareness and continuous improvement mindset
• Market analysis, target audience identification, dealer/channel alignment, budget allocation, campaign rollout, and performance tracking (ROI, KPIs).

• Experience in sales, customer, or dealer relationship management
• Background in marketing or sales environments
• Strong commercial understanding of customer and market dynamics
• Ability to develop and implement strategic action plans
• Experience in business analysis and solution development
• Adaptability and ability to drive change within a business environment
