Key Responsibilities for Technician Specialist Jobs in Lusaka Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various mobile devices, including logic board repairs and water damage restoration.

Conduct quality control and rigorous testing to ensure all repaired devices function optimally. Manage and resolve customer inquiries professionally both in-store and via telephone.

Maintain and operate repair tools, software systems, and in-store POS systems to track repair tickets and inventory. Perform microscopic board work including component replacement, hand-soldering SMT components, and removing/replacing thru-hole components without damaging the board.

Provide accurate repair estimates and quotes to customers. Plan and prioritize repair operations strategically to maximize efficiency and meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Support additional related duties as required to maintain smooth service operations. Candidate Requirements Must be a resident of Lusaka, Zambia.

Proven experience in customer service best practices with a professional attitude. Strong technical skills in repairing a wide range of mobile devices.

Hands-on experience with microscopic electronics board repairs. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse customers face-to-face, by phone, and in writing.

Comprehensive knowledge of mobile device manufacturers, operating systems, and network service providers. Flexible work approach with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to take initiative. Previous experience in a Repair Technician role demonstrating practical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
