Technology Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
You'll play a key role in developing, improving, and supporting systems that have a direct impact on business performance.
Your day could include:

• Building and enhancing modern business applications
• Designing scalable and sustainable software solutions
• Managing and improving development and deployment processes
• Supporting and optimising databases and business systems
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple platforms
• Conducting root-cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes
• Improving system performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge resources
• Balancing immediate operational needs with long-term architectural improvements

• A qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Approximately 5+ years of experience within software development, systems engineering, or infrastructure-focused environments
• Strong experience building and supporting enterprise-level applications
• Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, automation, deployment, and database technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• The ability to quickly understand unfamiliar systems and environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, self-managed approach to work
• The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
