Position: Callers
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

PlantCatalyst is looking for confident and motivated Callers to join our Zambia team. You will speak with farmers and prospective customers, answer questions about our products, identify sales opportunities and keep accurate records of every conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and respond to customer enquiries.
• Explain PlantCatalyst products clearly and professionally.
• Identify interested customers and arrange follow-up with the sales team.
• Record calls, customer information and next steps in HubSpot.
• Meet call targets and submit regular activity reports.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in agriculture, agronomy, or any related field.
• Should be fluent in Bemba and Nyanja languages.
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and work toward targets.
• Experience in customer service, or telesales is an advantage.
