Job Details

  • Identify training and development needs across the organisation through assessments and consultations with line managers.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, booking venues, trainers, and scheduling sessions.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance registers, and management reports.
  • Stay current with new training methodologies, technologies, and best practices in adult learning.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Qualified Artisan — Welder or Vehicle Body Builder trade
  • Relevant training facilitation or coaching qualification (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and planning ability
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes
  • Good interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Proficiency in training software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness
