Job Summary and Mission:
To ensure compliance related to BBBEE and EEIP applications
Specific Accountabilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
BBBEE costing and budget adherence
BBBEE strategic forecasting
Project management of for each BBBEE related component
BBBEE reporting
BBBEE Verification
Manage execution of tasks
Problem resolution
Maintain program plans and schedules
Provides status and progress reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to the DTI and Management
Manage project team(s)
Accountable for project cost, time and budget
Liaise with Executive and Senior management
Mitigate programme risks
Manage Employment Equity legislation compliance and coordination
