Transport and Warehouse Operations Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse, transport, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile delivery operations
• Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, efficiency, service levels, and overall performance
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse processes, order fulfilment, and transport operations.
• Monitor key operational KPIs, analyse performance data, and implement corrective actions where required
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely order fulfilment in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
• Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing operational teams
• Manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analysis tools to support operational decision-making
• Work closely with key business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.
• Identify process improvement and technology-driven opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Ensure operational standards, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are consistently maintained

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is compulsory
• 5–7 years' experience in warehouse management, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile logistics
• Strong experience across logistics, e-commerce, retail, fashion, and technology sectors
• Proven competence in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
• Experience engaging with business partners and key stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
• Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
