Job Title: Truck Sales Manager

Location: East Rand , Gauteng

Job Duties:

• Lead and manage the truck sales team.
• Train and mentor sales representatives.
• Generate and close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Grow sales and expand the customer base.
• Conduct customer visits and sales presentations.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Experience in truck or commercial vehicle sales.
• Previous sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy and CRM experience.
• Grade 12
