The Energy Regulation Board (ERB) seeks to recruit three (3) Uniform Petroleum Price (UPP) Interns at the Lusaka Office.
Job Purpose: To provide operational support to the Uniform Petroleum Price (UPP) function.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Assist with preparation of field schedules.
– Conduct physical visits and collect petroleum delivery information from assigned retail sites across the country.
– Capture collected delivery information in IotForm and other designated systems.
– Obtain and upload delivery notes, invoices, goods received notes and supporting documents.
– Support reconciliation of delivery data submitted by Oil Marketing Companies.
– Prepare daily progress reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Full Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent.
– Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Demography, Computer Science, or related Social Science.
– Microsoft Excel proficiency is an added advantage.
– Applicants must have graduated not earlier than 1st January 2023.
