Warehouse Cleaner (with PDP) - Midrand

Overview

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within the warehouse environment, common areas, and restroom facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all assigned areas remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times while maintaining high hygiene standards.

The role also includes assisting with ad-hoc office cleaning duties when required, as well as supporting logistics operations through occasional driving tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience cleaning large warehouse or industrial environments and must possess a valid Code 10 driver’s license with PDP.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties within warehouse facilities and surrounding areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize warehouse floors and workspaces
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and common areas
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restrooms, including:
  • Cleaning toilets and urinals
  • Sanitizing fixtures and surfaces
  • Restocking dispensers and supplies
  • Emptying bins and replacing liners
• Ensure kitchen and communal areas remain clean and tidy at all times
• Dispose of waste materials in designated disposal areas
• Monitor and maintain sanitation standards across assigned areas
• Assist with ad-hoc office cleaning duties when required
• Support logistics operations with occasional driving tasks and overflow assistance

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience cleaning large office spaces, warehouses, or industrial facilities
• Valid Code 10 driver’s license with a valid PDP
• Experience driving an 8-ton truck
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
