Job role
Operate the weighbridge equipment to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles and or trucks carrying ore from artisanal miners.
Record all relevant data including vehicle details, miner information, tonnage, and date and time of weighments.
Ensure all weighing procedures comply with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate logs and records of all weighings for reporting and auditing purposes.
Coordinate with miners and transport operators to facilitate smooth and efficient weighing processes.
Perform routine maintenance checks on weighbridge equipment and report any malfunctions.
Ensure the weighbridge area remains clean, organized, and safe always.
Assist with data management and reporting as required by the management team.
Support other operational activities as needed.

Must have skills
Attention to detail and accuracy. Data capture and data management. Customer service orientation. Teamwork.

Qualifications
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
