Our client, a reputable organization in the construction sector, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, disciplined, experienced, and hardworking Zambian citizens to fill multiple positions on an exciting road and bridge construction project based in Central Province:

Workshop Mechanics (Open Positions: 3)

Trade Certificate/Diploma in Plant/Auto Mechanics; 5 years' experience maintaining and repairing heavy construction plant (graders, rollers, excavators, bulldozers, TLBs, tippers).

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a Zambian citizen, of sound health, and willing to be based on site in a rural setup in central province for the duration of the project
  • Must possess the relevant professional/trade qualification and demonstrable years of experience stated against the position applied for.
  • Valid professional registration (EIZ, ERB, SIZ, or equivalent), where applicable, is mandatory.
  • Plant operators must hold a valid operator's licence/certificate of competence for the relevant equipment Aswell as a driving licence.
  • Prior experience on road, drainage, or bridge construction projects will be an added advantage.
