Job Summary

The Chef/Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals while ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to approved recipes.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Monitor kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
