Job Summary

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while ensuring guests receive a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly.
• Prepare and clean dining areas before and after service.
• Process customer payments where required.
• Address guest requests and complaints professionally.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage or Hospitality.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or hotel service experience is preferred.
