Our client is seeking a dynamic Electrical Engineer to join their Electrical Engineering team in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a developing engineer eager to gain experience in intelligent transport systems and lighting design within multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of electrical systems for infrastructure projects
- Support development of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and lighting solutions
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design drawings
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Participate in site inspections and project coordination activities
Requirements:
- BEng or BTech in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- 3 years’ experience in electrical or electronic engineering preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong academic foundation in electrical engineering principles
- Interest in infrastructure, ITS, and lighting systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented project environment
