Engineering Modular Construction Coordinator

The Construction Coordinator plans, coordinates, and oversees modular plant assembly from fabrication completion through to commissioning readiness and handover, ensuring resources, subcontractors, and construction activities align with the project schedule and are executed safely and efficiently. The role is the primary liaison between Engineering, Procurement, Material Control, Fabrication, Quality, and Site Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction and assembly activities across teams.
• Incorporate engineering requirements into construction workflows.
• Manage materials and logistics to maintain project progress.
• Supervise subcontractors to meet quality and schedule objectives.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure adherence to quality and HSE standards on site.
• Prepare for commissioning and facilitate project handover.

Minimum Requirements

• 8 yrs' experience coordinating projects from engineering to client delivery.
• Strong understanding of modular plant construction and assembly.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction: Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ability to manage contractors, materials, and logistics.
• Understanding of site safety and HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in scheduling and ERP systems.
