Jumpers - Meat Traders

Minimum requirements

• • Grade 10–12.

• • Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy carcasses, boxes and products during loading and deliveries.

• • Able and willing to work in a cold environment and in an abattoir setting.

• • Willing to work early mornings, Saturdays and public holidays as required by operations.

• • Willing to travel locally with the driver and assist with customer deliveries.

• • Previous experience in an abattoir, butchery, meat-processing, dispatch or delivery environment will be an advantage.

• • Reliable, punctual and committed to attendance.

• • Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.

• • Attention to detail when checking products, labels, quantities and delivery paperwork.

• • Team player with a positive, cooperative attitude.

• • Able to deal with customers professionally during deliveries.

• • Strong work ethic and willingness to perform manual, physical work.
