Junior UAS Maintenance Technician Pretoria Up to R18 000 Nett (Includes pension and medical aid)
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Must be a Qualified UASMT, or related in field experience.
- Knowledge of drone maintenance, RC aircraft systems electronic aviation equipment, or mechatronic repairs. Any exposure to agricultural drone systems is highly advantageous
- A solid understanding of SACAA drone regulations, Part 101 compliance, and UAS operational safety standards
- Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing repairs on unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and related components under the guidance of the Lead Technician
- Help perform out-of-box Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), assist with post-repair test flights
- Assist in updating digital maintenance records, tracking repairs in internal systems
