NETWORK TRAINING & ANIMATION SPECIALIST

To enhance partner engagement, improve network performance, and ensure implementation of brand and company standards across all network locations.

LOCATION

Lusaka

REPORTS TO

Retail Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and animate the partner network.
• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews across our retail network.
• Implement network engagement marketing initiatives and implement operational excellence.
• Deliver training and communication programs.
• Monitor compliance with operational and brand standards.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise, dealer, distributor, or retail network management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly.
