Role: Office Admin / PA
Location: ? Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing payroll administration
- Handling UIF and PAYE processing
- Submitting VAT returns across multiple companies
- Managing CIPC administration
- Conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing parcels to ensure accuracy and standards are met
- Preparing professional presentations in PowerPoint and maintaining Excel reports
- Supporting the Owner with general PA duties
What we’re looking for:- Proven experience in administration, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
- Proficiency in SAGE, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team
- A mature and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and quality
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
