Role:  Office Admin / PA
Location:  ? Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing payroll administration
  • Handling UIF and PAYE processing
  • Submitting VAT returns across multiple companies
  • Managing CIPC administration
  • Conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing parcels to ensure accuracy and standards are met
  • Preparing professional presentations in PowerPoint and maintaining Excel reports
  • Supporting the Owner with general PA duties
What we’re looking for:
    • Proven experience in administration, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
    • Proficiency in SAGE, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Strong interpersonal skills – you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team
    • A mature and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and quality
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
