OPS Manager Security (Rosslyn)

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and supervise all daily security operations with a focus on client satisfaction
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients and service providers
• Oversee new site launches, transitions, and contract handovers
• Monitor SLAs, cost management, and quality of security service delivery
• Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and proactive engagement
• Manage operational budgets, staffing, and resource planning
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain H&S and security compliance
• Lead staff through performance reviews, coaching, and team development
• Collaborate with senior management on reporting and operational planning
• Identify opportunities to grow services and improve client relationships

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in security operations management
• PSIRA GrA - Valid 
• Grade 12 (Matric) with a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Security Management or a related discipline.
• Valid PSIRA Gr. A registration certificate
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• No criminal record
• Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs
• Solutions-driven, proactive, and professional approach
• Relevant management qualification advantageous

• Grade 12 (Matric), National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Security Management or a related discipline and PSIRA GrA are compulsory.
• A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle are compulsory.
• The role requires managing multiple sites, teams, and operational portfolios across Gauteng.
• You will balance day-to-day operational management with strategic oversight to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Strict compliance with all security legislation, company policies, and client requirements is essential.
